Features:

	Superior Exhaust Flow Rates . . .
	Certifications . . . UL listed, built in accordance with NFPA-96, NSF listed, recognized by ICBO, BOCA and SBCCI.
	Construction . . . Fabricated of type 430 S/S on all exposed surfaces (Type 304 and aluminized steel are available as options).
	Hood . . . Hood shall be fitted with UL classified aluminum baffle filters which can be easily removed for cleaning. The filters will drain the grease into a sloped grease drain system with removable 1/2 pint grease cup (s/s filters are available as an option).
	Lights . . . Pre-wired, UL listed incandescent lights are standard (fluorescent lights are available as an option).
	Pre-Punched Hanging Angles . . . Each hood shall be provided with pre-punched hanging angles on each end of the hood.
	Exhaust Duct Collars To Be 4" High With A 1" Flange . . .
	Width . . . Hood to be 48" in width (including a 3" uninsulated back standoff) by 24" in height.
	Fire System . . . Hoods with fire systems are pre-piped at the factory, include fire system permit fee, hookup, final test and certification.
	Hood Packages . . . Complete hood packages include: hood, fan(s), roof curb(s), electrical controls, and UL listed fire suppression system.
	Lead Times . . . Fastest lead times in the industry - hoods ship from the factory in two weeks!
	Note . . . Fire systems mounted on the hood cabinet increase overall hood length by 12". Wall-mounted fire systems are available where space is limited.
